Eighteen Badger State Vettes members in 9 Corvettes visited the Throttlestop classic car and motorcycle museum, service and consignment facility in Elkhart Lake with a great lunch afterwards at the Route 67 Saloon on Saturday, June 22, 2019.
Badger State Vettes presents two checks valued at $1,700 to the Director of the Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative. If you’d like to know more about this organization, you can view their website at www.mkehomelessvets.org
This is the time of year when the club comes together to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year. We enjoy each other’s company and give out awards for club contributions.
UPDATE on 18-Feb-2019: A couple more members have uploaded images to the club drop box and I’ve updated the gallery to include those. Enjoy!
During 2018, Badger State Vettes has continued their tradition of donation to local entities that benefit the areas that we live and work. The number of groups is vast as it is long, and we are happy to announce that during 2018, we have given an additional $5,491 to worthwhile organizations.
This means that we have collectively donated over $60,700 over the last 35 years.
You can view the full list of groups on our donations page and the chart below shows the progress over time.
Here’s to another great year in 2019!
In the same year as the first C4 was released, Badger State Vettes also was launched. 35 years later it continues to thrive and grow through the participation of the club members and under the direction of our board.
We have a special 35th anniversary logo that we’re sharing in this post and will replace our normal logo for the duration of 2019.
Thanks to all the members who have contributed over the years to make the club what it is today!
